no. income certificate is not mandatory/necessary certificate to appear for counselling. so plz carry other necessary original certificates with you to counselling. all the best

Yeah you can get it , according to last year statistics you have 60% chances but we can't fully depend upon them since SRKR leveled up there might be competition heavier for seats than what you think and no previous year statistics worked out this year.
