Your rank is little bit high,but you can get admission in 'c' or 'd' category colleges through apicet.

You may get admission in SRK institute of technology, Vijayawada. Its a very good college,and it's cutoff goes high ,sometimes.

Or you can try for Prasad V potluri Siddhartha institute

You can go for counselling with atleast the marks memos of intermediate, because in the list of certificates that should be verified released by apicet, it says you can have either of the 12th marks memo or certificate.
