Hello chiranheevi! Let me tell you that With this rank of 25000 you can not get IIT or NIT. You should try your luck for other private colleges or the government colleges of your state. You can also try for NSR in CCMT. moreover you will have to compromise with your specialization branch.

Since you belong to bc b category the cutoff for it in appgecet was around 290-400

The cutoff may vary so be confident and don't worry about it .

You can try for jntu Anantapur incase you didn't get 

In the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, the closing rank for the previous year for the electrical and electronics was 11425 and the cutoff rank may go higher this year. So you are on the boundary of the cutoff marks as theere are difficulties for you to get the seat in the above mentioned institute. But you can try in the counselling round for your satisfaction.

In order to get admission into any of the colleges for appgecet qualified students, you need to have very good score and rank because the counselling will be done for gate students first so seats will be filled according so in order to get admission you need to have less than 100 to get admission otherwise it will be difficult for you get admission into branch of your choice.
