In order to get chances of admission through IISER Aptitude test, you should have marks above cut-offs defined for different boards. In IISERs, for CBSE Board the cut-off is 431, 420, 401, 385, 385 out of 500 for Gen, OBC, SC, ST, PwD categories.

Yes, you are eligible for PGECET exam. The minimum percentage required to be eligible for PGECET exam is 50% for general category candidates and 45% for SCs, STs in graduation. As you have scored 53% you can definitely take the exam.
