Aditi amrendra Student Expert 5th Oct, 2019
Hello,

Yes, you will surely get your refund.

According to AICTE :
In The Event Of A Student Withdrawing Before The Starting Of The Course, The Entire Fee Collected From The Student, After A Deduction Of The Processing Fee Of Not More Than Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) Shall Be Refunded By The Institution. It Would Not Be Permissible For Institutions To Retain The School / Institution Leaving Certificates In Original.
Fee Refund Along With The Return Of Certificates Should Be Completed Within 7 Days.

I hope this helps.

what does it mean !!! Registration number not valid. which one we have to mention ? Certificates verification done today. what next ?

Animesh Vats Student Expert 29th Aug, 2019

Hi Rashmi,

Well the registration number is that number that is mentioned or showed when you first and foremost registered yyourself for the counseling or any exam.

It can also be shown as applicant ID or application ID. Just look for something like that in your application and that should be your registration number.

I hope this information helps.

All the best.

What is the post-allotment process to be followed by GATE candidates of APPGECET. What is the fees and how should we pay the fees?

Ujjwal Negi Student Expert 25th Aug, 2019

Hi Naveen,

Since the allotment of seats in both rounds will be done in online mode and on the basis of the merit list that will be prepared by the authorities so, you don't have to go anywhere for the counselling which means you will have to pay any kind of fee maybe part academic fee to keep he seat you got in first round and continue to the second round. The fee which is due could be payed at the time of reporting in the college.

Good Luck !!

i got 1900 rank in ap pgecet (gen category) will i get admission in JNTUA ?

srinja.006_9773413 Student Expert 24th Aug, 2019

Hello Rashmi.

Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any exact suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank.

Now going with my knowledge, you can try for JNTUA but as it is one of the most sought after universities, there will be many more candidates with better ranks waiting for the seats. Thus, you might face a lot of competition while getting admission.

It is always advisable to keep other colleges in mind as back up.

I will also suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.

Visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ap-pgecet-counselling to get detailed information regarding AP PGECET counselling.

Hope that helped.
