Since now counselling process is taking place for only gate qualified students so you have to wait for it since it will starts from fourth week of july. The Registration date for AP PGECET, Gate not Qualified Students hasn’t been announced Officially by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. As the first preference is given to the GATE and GPAT students at the time of seat allotment, only the dates for the Qualified Students of GATE

I think at this rank in APPGECET which you may consider nice you may have some chances to get this institute but that chances are low and it depends on institute standard this year. If they take a student at this rank then it may happen you may get this
