See ur percentile is too low for u to grab u any seat in any of the colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs in any of the state under any quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. So u should be going for private Institution for ur btech career.

BITSAT is a entrance examination conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science for taking admission in the Institute.
BITS Pilani has commenced the slot booking of BITSAT 2019. Candidates can now login to book their preferred slots. Once the slot booking is completed, candidates can download their BITSAT 2019 hall ticket from April 12 to May 10. The test city allotment was released on April 4.
