If you have got  5000 rank in ap eamcet 2020 ..  as you have not mentioned your category. So i assumed you as general category

Than according to your ap emacet rank and category you have chances of getting a seat in Andhra university

For andhra university computer science and electronics courses your rank is too high because according to 2019 cut offs the closing rank for CSE was 979 and for electronics was 1229. But you can get courses such as Information technology(IT), civil, chemical etc. For more info about the cut
