Comparing with the official cutoffs of the allahabad university, you cannot get admission in the main campus of AU. With 112 marks in B.Sc bio general, when the cutoff is 154 marks and above, you can try for the affiliated colleges of AU.

Congratulations on good rank. The probability of securing seat in second counselling depends of criteria like number of seats available, number of students joining, vacancies, cut offs. Hence after the whole process of first round is done the authority will soon release information about the vacancy( if any)
