First of all congratulations on your attempt in neet. Coming to your question, To be honest, 320 marks are very less to get a seat in any dental college. Based on previous years cutoff you could have at least a score of 380+ to get a seat

Through state quota in Alluri Sitaramaraju Academy of Medical Sciences, Eluru BC category in AU region, the cutoff score was 466 and also in NRI Medical College, Chinakakani it was same. A necessary guideline is cutoff does not remain same as candidates, home state and seat position changes.
