To get into Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam you need to get a  score at least in between 111 to 150. As it is a "B" category college you need get a rank in approx 1000-1200. Apart from this you can other good colleges as well for back up options

The EAMCET rank depends on your EAMCET marks and IPE exams.As you got 60 marks in the EAMCET,if your IPE marks are good you may get a rank below 35,000.It is difficult for you to get Seat in Andhra university Because there is a huge competition for the college.

Cut off's of any university depend on the number of seats available in the college, number of students applying for the exam and the performance of students in that particular exam. Cut off will also vary in this college with the category you belong to and your gender.
