Your chances to get B.A is very less or i say is no.

Three of them are different

In sv and andhra university go for Andhra university as it is the top one.

And klu it is private university where remaining are govt.under.

For good facilities and better opportunities choose klu this is my opinion.

Number of seats in AU for ME is 30 seats.

For taking admission in AU through ECET you have to do counselling.

The counselling starts from june 2018: AP ECET Counselling Dates 2018, Andhra Ecet Web options entry scheule

Just registered and make choice filling.

It is difficult to say no of seat under ecet but most of the colleges only 15% seats.

         Your chances for getting admission in government college for BDS course is quite difficult. You scored very low in general category. So you cant get seat in government medical college even in your region.You should try for good private medical colleges.
