It can be told for sure. If you had chance for getting CSE, then you would have got that in first round itself. As you got Chemistry in first round, chances of getting CSE in second round is very less.

According to the previous year cut off, you are eligible only for B.Sc home science.
The cut off for all other stream is more than 88 matks.
