Yes you can get admission in B.Sc Anesthesia based on inter marks. In some colleges entrance tests are taken. Some colleges consider only class 12 results for the admission.
Minimum eligibility to appear in this course is 10+2/ intermediate with minimum 45% marks ( vary from Institute to Institute) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English.

The admission in the course of BSc anesthesia is depends upon the institute. Most institutes follow merit based on the marks of board exams or relevant national level competitive exams like Neet. Some colleges take direct admission too.
