Anesthesia
BSc Operation Theatre and Anesthesia Technology is a three year UG paramedical course. The subject is related to all the work and management of the operation theatre. The course prepares students for managing the patients as well as for monitoring the ins and outs of an operation theatre.
The course is a very good course for those who are interested in paramedical sciences and want to work in frontline at hospitals. This can be a good course. The course has good availability of jobs with average salary of 5LPA after BSc and on experience it may increase upto 8-10LPA.

Sorry to say but Annamalai University does not offer a Bsc Anaesthesia course. There are many other courses available in Bachelor of Science if you are interested in other fields. Then, you can apply to these courses in Bachelors of Science:

We can't predict whether you'll get a seat in bsc anesthesia because anesthesia admission is based on neet and also merit based if you have scored 45%atleast in 10+2 in science stream then sure you'll have a seat at any college as all bsc courses are given on regarding percentage of students performance in board exams .so if you wait you'll have a better option,

there is two courses available in vocational medical courses , b.sc in anesthesia technology or b.sc in critical care technology. both of the course has equal demand in hospital and clinical industry. now the college should be good at infrastructure [, placement opportunity to have a great start of career.
generally salary structure depends on candidates prior work experience, level of the organizations etc. generally the salary for anesthesia assistant or critical care assistant ranges from 25k to 30 k initially.
however once you complete your college you must focus on gaining work experience , doing internship as well.
