Tough to pick between these two because these both are very good courses from future point of view considering growth and opportunities.
I would personally give slightly more preference to
Cardiac Care Technology because of diverse options as you can work as Cardiovascular Technologist, Cardiologist, Medical Sonographer etc. But

According to the neet cutoff , minimum rank required  for admission in anesthesia is  between  450000 to 520000  so by your rank there are no chances of you to get a anesthesia and you can even check by yourself by using the college predictor for neet  . here

As per the neet cutoff 2020, minimum cutoff for admission in anesthesia is  approx 219 marks. and  according to 219 marks predicted rank will be 450000 to 520000. so according to these predictions there are no chances according to me.however you can check according to your exact marks.

NIMS University is a self-financed medical and technical university located in Jaipur.

The curriculum for medical and health sciences is not fully updated .

Top hospitals where few students have placed are Aims and SMS.

Internship and placement opportunities are weak and quite low package is offered .
