Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you can't do B.SC with both animation and maths together as both are separate full time degrees and you can't do two full times degree together. You should certainly choose one among  both of them.

In Delhi so many animation colleges are available. But the main criteria for admission there you have to qualify the 12th class or complete any diploma course or any graduation or post graduation then you can join animation institution. Animation is a subject which is highly in demand right now and needs expertise and skill to level up in this field. You can definitely learn Animation free through many sites like Udemy , Coursera and also Youtube. Learning the basics from these courses and downloading the necessary software to practise at your own free will is great! Once you know how all this works , try doing internships to have a hands-on experience.
