There are many resources available on internet like YouTube, udemy, edx, Coursera, udacity and many more which includes animation course. If you are a person who don't know the ABCs of computer, then you can easily learn it with the help of YouTube. Or else take a foundational course on computer skills and learn it. After that learn the fundamentals of animations and practice it thoroughly and try to become pro in it.
