For your kind information, the course curriculum of computer science and engineering  doesn't include animation. When Internet has become an integral part of our lives, with the assistance of it you can learn 'N' number of things. There are many resources available on internet like YouTube, udemy, edx, Coursera, udacity and many more which includes animation course. If you are a person who don't know the ABCs of computer, then you can easily learn it with the help of YouTube. Or else take a foundational course on computer skills and learn it.  After that learn the fundamentals of animations and practice it thoroughly and try to become pro in it.
