Amity University, Mumbai offers B.Sc Animation and Visual graphics course. Eligibility criteria to appear for the course is student shoud have passed 10+2 from any recognised University. It is a three year duration course. Amity University is a decent University and you can take admission in the University

B.sc in multimedia and animation and B.A in animation,are similar to each other . There is no such difference in both ug degree courses. It may vary from college to college, but is more beneficial to do b.sc as it offers you better career opportunities.
