        Karpagam college of engineering in coimbatore is a good engineering college under Anna University. It has various courses under ug programmes but it doesn't have biomedical engineering in it. It has other courses like mechanical, electrical, automobile etc..  So if you have interest in other courses try this

The admission process for getting a seat in Anna university .The marks obtained by candidates in Qualifying exam will be considered. Also, there will be no separate entrance test.The students of any state can get seat in this process .

Since the results of HSC examination is not yet released, the cut off marks cannot be said as it depends on the ranking of the students and also their community. So after the results are announced the tnea will release the ranking list in a specifos date and

The marks obtained by candidates in the Qualifying exam of TNEA will be considered for the admission in 563 participating colleges. It won't consider your class 12 marks so nothing can be said on the basis of these marks.

Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA), conducted by Anna University allows other state candidates who have passed HSC or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% (General) and 40% (SC/ST)  in PCM put together. You will also have to upload the certificate of permanent residence. So yes, you can apply.

First of all congratulations for your Board exam result.

You can definitely apply in TNEA and get admission in ANNA UNIVERSITY os SSN but for that you must score very well as the competition is very high for these colleges.
