The selection for admission to Pharm D course is based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination only.

The rank list is prepared based on various factors such as the percentage of total marks obtained by the candidate in 10+2 conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board or any other equivalent board, number of candidates applied, no. Of seats available etc.

So it difficult to predict the actual cutoff. According to the criteria, a student must have scored at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Optional subject (Mathematics/Biology) in 12th board examination. So you should aim to score more than that.

Graduates in Commerce if they have scored a minimum of 55% of the total marks can directly enrol for CA Intermediate course. When you said 3rd class, you didn't mention the percentage of marks. It is a 3 year course done in affiliation with kaloji narayana rao university of health sciences approved by dental council of India. The stipend is not clearly mentioned thus you can contact the college authorities for the same.

The eligibility criteria of D Pharmacy is graduation in B Pharmacy from an institute recognized by PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) with minimum 50% aggregate marks. By satisfying the eligibility criteria you can take direct admission to any college as most of colleges offering direct admission and also by attempting the admission tests like GPAT, PGCET or other similar state wise Post Graduate Common Entrance Tests. Some reputed institutions and Deemed universities have their own entrance exam to pursue this course.
