The qualifying score for SC category for NEET UG 2019 is 107 and since your score is 161 which is more than the minimum qualifying score so you can surely get a seat in Karnataka but you can only get a seat in deemed universities of Karnataka like Sri devraj

It is hard to say Since you're not mentioned your Branch, Kindly Mention your Branch here and yeah you can get into BIT's Hyderabad if your Score is around 500-580 

There is no surity of this process, but while IIM-Rohtak was conducting CAP last year they had cases in which people had old NC-OBC certificates at the time of interviews. So such people if selected were required to produce current FY Nc-OBC certificates after giving a LOU to the institute
