There is no such news that the AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling will begin tomorrow. The AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling has not yet started. It is expected to start after the first phase counselling of AP EAMCET MPC students. As the first phase is completed for MPC the AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling might start soon.
