In 2019 the cut off for BC-B category candidate to get admission to Computer Science Engineering in Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering is 36251. Considering the cut off mentioned above you have decent chances to get seat in CSE in the preferred college. The authorities shall release the list of AP EAMCET participating institutes 2021 on the official website. Candidates will have to opt for their preferred college offering engineering admissions from the list of participating institutes itself. Thus, knowing the AP EAMCET 2021 participating institutes is crucial for the aspiring candidates. AP EAMCET seat allotment shall take place as per schedule and thereafter, candidates shall be required to report at the participating institute so allotted for further admission process

Well Aadhar Card is necessary for the counselling sessions however if you don't have one currently then don't panic- you can use its Aknowldgement Receipt.

You see, adhar card is required required only for the purpose of verification so its receipt would definitely help. Just make sure to carry your other original documents along with their 2 xerox copies (minimum).

As father's name is a crucial information in official/college documents I would suggest you to get it changed through aadhar portal or any Aadhar information center, you can also get an affidavit from court nearby you if it's very urgent stating that the name on your aadhar and your father's actual name belong to the same person. This might work for you and then later you can get your aadhar modified.
