In AP EAMCET 2021 if you go for fast  phase counselling and get a seat as they allot you  a college then it is better. If you want to  get upgradation of your seat in the respective college then you go for second phase of counselling. If you  would be successful in 2nd phase counselling and have  allotted a college to get a seat then your seat in the first phase in the respective college will be cancelled. But if you not get a seat in a college in the second phase then your allotted college for a seat in the first phase will be retained. Don't be worried about it and go for 2nd phase for upgradation.
