To get seat in top institute you need to secure a decent rank. With 96500 rank you do not have chances of getting seat in top institutes under EWS category. You need to secure a rank under 15000 to have decent chances of getting seat in top institute. Considering the cut off in 2019 you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes

Electronics and Communication Engineering
You do not have chances of getting seat in JNTU, Pulivendula. The cut off was 11158 and 10295 for admission to CSE and ECE respectively.
