Spot admission is done by the respective college authorities. It does not concern the convener of AP EAMCET. All the left over seat after the final phase counselling will be considered for spot admission. And each college will issue the guidelines and instructions for spot admission. Candidates admitted in spot admission are not eligible for fee reimbursement. Eligible candidates who get admission under convener quota are eligible for fee reimbursement from the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

There is no news regarding when the AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling will begin. The AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling has not yet started. It is expected to start after the first phase counselling of AP EAMCET MPC students. As the first phase is completed for MPC the AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling might start soon. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. There is no news yet regarding AP EAMCET Bi.P.C counselling. The official website is not yet activated for this year counselling if you go and see the official website you will find information regarding previous year counselling. The list of courses will be declared in the official website. The online website does not show any information regarding counselling 2020.

Candidates securing rank in between 1-10,000 in AP EAMCET are eligible to get free seat irrespective of their category. As you have secured a rank above 10,000 you may not be eligible to get free seat but you may get seat under convener quota through counselling. So it is mandatory to get a rank within 10,000 if you want to get free seat.

Yes, candidates who haven't participated in first phase counselling can participate in second phase counselling. You need to exercise the online web options when the schedule for second phase counselling is released. You need to login using your login credentials in the candidate login portal and exercise the online web options

You can check the official mail address you had given while filling the form or the phone number you had provided during form filling as usually the seat allotment message comes there only. You can also download your seat allotment receipt when the results are declared on the official website as well.

Seat allotment is given based on the number of candidates qualified in AP EAMCET, number of seats available, cut off rank and category. Analyzing previous year cut off you have decent changes of getting seat in MVGR College of Engineering, Vizianagaram in Computer Science Engineering. The cut off in 2019 was 22754 for BC-A category. Depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam and number of candidates qualified cut off changes.
