Congratulations for the rank in APEAMCT.There are numerous colleges where you can get chance through your rank.Getting into AP university through your rank will be a bit tough but you can easily get colleges like Am Reddy memorial college,Adarsh college of engineering(CSE).You can get mechanical in Aditya college of engineering in the second to third round.You can also give Baptala engineering college in your counselling process.These are some of the good colleges that you may get chance through your rank in second to third round.

Well, basing upon your rank it seems like you may not get a seat for b.pharm in a reputed government college but still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
