As of now, the JEE Main 2020 result released by NTA. So, there is no update from NTA regarding the application of JEE 2021 January update. As per my assumption the exam will happen in February 2021. NTA will announce soon. Till then, prepare well.

I have not a PWD certificate but I considered PWD in jee applications . I qualified jee main and advanced . my top choice in jossa was iit Delhi . I got it "but from PWD quota" there are only freeze option for choosing . now how can I able to round second FROM OBC-NCL quota only , without PWD quota?

Actually the OBC category students who belong to the Non-Creamy Layer (Annual Income below 8 Lakhs) Section only are eligible for the quota. If you can submit a certificate for the same then you can avail the quota. If you have any questions then drop a comment.
