My 12th board name is Counci of Indian School Certificate n i score 327/500. Am i eligible for iiser aptitude test and i am eligible for iiser admission?? becoz pervious year cutoff of my board of obc category is 424/500. so i have doubt pls clarify it. and pls say the calculation of mark in IAT.

Priya Patel 12th Sep, 2021
hey, You can appear in IAT 2021 with this mark (if u have filled application form) but difficult to get admission. After IAT they generate official cut-off list for SCB channel (i.e 12th board cut-off actually). this cut-off list will be considered for admissions. however, Their is large difference of about 100 in your mark and previous year cut-offs. so it looks impossible to clear board cut-off for admission purpose.

i scored 324 out of 500 in 12th board. Am i eligible to give iiser aptitude test through scb channel?? if yes . Then if i score a very good score in iiser aptitude test i will get admission to any of the iiser ?? i mean to ask my 12th board will hamper my admission or iiser aptitude test. pls reply.

Priya Patel 11th Sep, 2021
Dear shrijit
You didn't mention your 12th board name and Cut-off list for scb channel 2021is not declared yet officially. Check for previous year cut-offs to get an idea of your eligibility. Some of them are listed here.
50% of the seats are reserved for candidates qualifying the IISER aptitude test. You have to only qualify the cut-off to apply, after that ranks will be declared on the basis of your IAT performance only.
