Not many colleges in India give you the opportunity to pursue to two different courses at the same time.
However, you may take full time admission in BS Physiotherapy in the college of your choice and pursue BA Arabic through distance from any university that may provide you with the course online. Arabic being a language can be easily learnt online, from any University of the world, and they would provide you a degree for the same. While, Physiotherapy would require you to complete lab modules as well, which are easier when done as a full-time course.

You need to mention the college you want to pursue your MA in Arabic,
Most of the entrance exams are based on general questions related to ba syllabus, they will test your basic knowledge in entrance test, so if you've learnt your syllabus in your bachelors you will find no problem in exam.

hi,
you did not mention you had biology in 10+2 course or not. the eligibility criteria for diploma in unani course is you need to have 10+2 degree from a recognized university and have to secure 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology. The students who have the language Urdu in 12th class or having proficiency in Urdu language has given the preference in admission. there is not many college which offers diploma in unani courses in distance mood. you may follow the below link to know about courses,
