Its good to have interest in many fields. But as per career, you can choose only one of those. Every field has its own demands and needs. They all are inter related. Coming to placements and salaries, Architecture has more packages than the other two. On an average,
School of planning and architecture, new delhi , is one of the best architecture colleges in India, and so obviously the cutoffs here are very high. With your percentile, it's not really probable to get into this college. You can check out the cutoff list here
