I didn't get what you meant by SEM 4 subjects back? if it meant heald back or compartmental then don't worry as long as you clear them and are able to show an aggregate of 50%you should be able to appear for NATA. But since you are diploma student you should be able to get admission directly into 2nd year unless you choose to go via nata

If you have scored good under jee then get admission into one of the colleges of mumbai that offer the course of architecture and planning through counselling. Otherwise you can seperately give the test of various institutions that provide the architecture course and you may get admission into one of the good colleges

Admission to B.Arch. is done on the basis of valid score obtained in NATA/ JEE Main 2019.
For admission to all professional courses, registration through SAAR is mandatory.

• You need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board.
• If you belong to SC/ ST , then the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.

For admissions to B.Arch. programmes:

• You need to have PCM mandatorily in their 10+2 or equivalent exam.
• You need to have secured minimum 50% marks in these subjects in aggregate and 50% individually too.

Yes KCET accept NATA score. As you know NATA is conducted twice because of date clashing issue with board exams. So it does not matter in which NATA exam you appeared.
