Hi Aspirant!
Yes, there may be seat if previous year cut off is considered. Last year in National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, the last admission for home quota seat for OBC category was on 10461 rank. You may get a seat in a certain round by incredible tool here - https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-architecture-college-predictor
It depends on which branch you want to study.
It varies greatly. I suggest you to refer the previous year's cut-off from the website of keam itself. Although they only give rank in this lists, you can easily extrapolate to get the score depending on the easiness of the exam in that year.
Hope you got the answer you are looking for thank-you.
Hi Sakshi,

Hi Sadvika,
Architectural engineering (or building engineering - architecture) is a single integrated field of studies. It is offered by many European and American Universities. Those who graduate at these universities have a broad education in the field of constructions, that goes from architectural planning and building systems (HVAC) to structural calculations (of buildings though, not infrastructures), etc. In general, these courses include a very high attention towards “green” architecture and sustainability, meaning that in most curricular projects the students are required to calculate how much energy the building need, they are pushed towards new materials and and technologies and “passive” techniques to save energy.
That said, after graduation, the student is prepared to further develop his skills in various working environments. Some of the people I knew in Uni work as structural engineers, others as architects. Most of them though have joined ateliers or companies that follow the project from the concept to construction management. Some of these companies are focused on facades, for example, while others take care of the whole process (for sure outsourcing and managing any further competences they might need). They offer engineering and architectural services.
