Sorry but according to previous years rank cutoff records you are not eligible for ramaiya college as in 2017 maximum closing rank for B. Arch was 73. For further information download the brochure from the link given below

Hope you are doing well. Yes, there is possibility for you to get a seat for B. Arch with this rank through K-CET. But you cannot expect getting a better college in first round itself. It would be better to wait till the second extended round commonly termed

based on your rank and last year trends you will not get any nit (if you have home state of raipur,patna,jharkhand or orissa then there are chances)

As I can see you have got 95 percentile in JEE for architecture. With this percentile you can get any good nit. But, it's tough to say which nit. Wait for councelling because every year percentile or cutoff for nit and IIT changes by something. It's better to

Dear aspirant your percentile is very good to get a seat in nit for architecture. There is no cut off for paper 2. The ranking and admission depends on the number of students appearing for the admission and number of students taking admission.

Hello aspirant, greetings to you. For admissions in architecture anywhere in India, you will either require JEE MAINS Paper 2 score or NATA score. There are many colleges accepting both for B.Arch admissions. However, if you don't want to write NATA, then you can appear for JEE MAINS Paper 2.
