Your rank will be less than 2k in general category. So you have chances to get NITs for Barch. So go for NITs which is much better than these options.

Is jadavpur university good for architecture?

The placement scenario of architecture department in Jadavpur university is not so good. However a bunch of students qualify Gate exam from this department with a commendable rank.
Placements- M N Dastur, Larsen & Turbo etc. But not every year. Depends on the business requirements and vacancies of the company.
