There is JoSAA that admits students to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs based on JEE Mains marks and rank list prepared by them. Based on your JEE Mains marks you can also consider other colleges that accept JEE score. The rank list of students applied for JoSAA counselling is used

Sir JJ College of Architecture is one of the top institute in India and has limited seats of around 70. Hence, it has a very high cutoff. For admission into JJ College you need have an aggregate of atleast 150. The aggregate is calculated by adding 50 %

Yes, you can try for admission at Chandigarh college of architecture with your rank. Although cut-offs were high last year than your Rank. Hope for Better this year.
