As your percentile is 50 and you  haven't mentioned your category of eligibility refer this for more information. For general category cutoff percentile is 89.75 , for OBC category cutoff is 74.31 percentile, for SC category cutoff is 54.01 percentile and st category cutoff is 44.33 percentile.

 For B.E. admission in Jadavpur University, you should appear for WBJEE to get admission into Jadavpur University. You should have 50% minimum XIIth boards percentage for GENERAL Category student. 45% for SC and 40% for ST category student.
