yes definetly you can get a seat in nit. there is no vcut off marks for jee mains paper 2 . it depends on the number of students appearing for the exam, the level of the examination. thus you may not get NIT karnataka or kerela but you can get

IIEST is a really good college. To take admission in Architecture Department in IIEST Shibpur you have to give JEE Mains Paper 2 and be eligible for the cutoff. And secure a rank well within 2k.
