For B.Arch there are 2 ways ie; JEE MAINS PAPER 2 and NATA. IF you clear JEE MAINS PAPER 2 then you are elgible for AAT.
By architecture assistance in I.T.T getting into B.Arch is not possible you can get into civil engineering by it.

The fees structure for B.Arch 5 years degree may vary from Rs.1.5-2.5 Lakhs per year in private colleges. In government colleges, it is less than Rs.1 Lakh per year.
