Dear it's very difficult to get as per your rank but you can still try contacting the college once if they can give you the admision or not but chances are negligible.

With a score of 166 in JEE Mains paper 2, you can defintely get a seat in any government college excluding NITs or other tier 1 colleges.
In case you have any reservation then you can get into NITs as well.
