There are total approximately 25 colleges available for architecture. Like jadavpur university, Techno India,IIT kharagpur,IIEST etc.Being such a good score you should apply for those colleges.

With a rank of 550, you won't get admission for B.Arch at RIT, if you're a general candidate. the cutoff is different for different categories. So, depending on your category, you may or mayn't have chances. You can check the cutoff in this page.

Sorry but the marks and ranks you have from the JEE MAINS PAPER 2 for B.Arch won't land you up at any NIT because to secure a seat by JEE MAINS PAPER 2 you should have a score in the range of 195-250.
