Eligibility Criteria for B.arch is -

Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Biology or Computer Science or IT or Business Study or Engineering Graphics or Informatics Practice or Technical Vocational Subject subject to qualifying NATA 2024
Or
Pass with 50% in Diploma

SPA Delhi, Vijayawada and Bhopal are part of JoSAA counselling as are Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Mizoram University, Aizawl, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu & Kashmir. You should apply for the same when it will start around June 19. 

The other option would be to see

 general seats you have to atleast score 230–240 to get a good rank ,and get a good college.
