Chances are very less with this score as to get seat in good colleges more than 145 marks are required but there is no common counseling and all colleges having their own admission and cut off criteria so you can try for the admission, may be your score works there.

How to get BARCH in IIT ....

To get barch in any IIT you have to fill the AAT form published with the JEE advanced result.
Which is filled by students only for two days just after the result day, now the date for filling the form is over.

Both the fields are related but different in its approach. Architecture is related to designing, review and supervising the projects.
However B.Planning will provide knowledge about development of a city or town based on certain rules and regulations laid by the Govt.

It depends on your interest & capability but in both of them B.Architecture is a good option. It has immense growth and lucrative earning potential in abroad as well as in India. If you do it from a reputed institute then definitely you will get a good placement also.
