So, Yes you can pursue but Civil engineering and Architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue Architecture after doing Civil as you must have already spent 4 years for B.tech and B.Arch is for 5 years

Other than the general eligibility criteria , the other criteria to be eligible for AAT is that the candidate should have attempted and qualified JEE Advanced 2021. So if you have qualified JEE advanced then you are eligible make sure you meet other criterias as well.
