If we assume that the rank equivalent to 85 percentile is around 30,000 (ranks shall be declared along with JEE Main April results) there is near to no chance to get admission in B.Arch course of any NIT. see after completing graduation you need to appear in gate exam if you want to take admission in tier 1 institute in india, however since architecture engineering candidates has wise demand in india and it really important to get hands on experience by doing internship in the final year
A separate ranking will be given to you as per your PUC marks and NATA score.
If you are from Karnataka then only you can get fee benefit from this otherwise just forget about this.
50 percent from PUC and 50 percent from NATA will be added up to decide
