    The answer  is NO.You cant do B.Tech with B.Arch as both are totally different courses.B.tech is of duration 4 year where as B.arch is of 5 year degree program.

    your percentile is good enough for your category rank as this can let you get admission in any of the nits for the course of architecture. If you score a percentile of 98 plus then the chance of getting good nits increases as you also have category reservation.
