There are many state level and national level entrance exams to get admission into B.Arch or other architecture courses. Some of them are:
>> NATA: Last date to apply for this exam is 20th June, 2022.
>> JEE Mains: You can apply for both sessions by end of this month.
>> HITSEEE : You can apply for the exam by 23rd May 2022.
>> GAT: The application has been closed.
>> AMU B.Arch: The last date to apply for exam is 28th May 2022 , with late fee fine.
>> BSUEEE 2022: The exam has been conducted.
>> KIITEE: The three phases of the exam has been conducted. The application for 4th phase is available on the official website. The exam is schedules in June 2022.
** There are many state level entrance exams available which you can apply now and the exam is still to be conducted.

YES, you can take exit after 3rd year from your reputed architecture college and yu will get an appropriate degree after that for the same. The Council of Architecture released the new norms for architecture education on their website. The 'Minimum Standards of Architectural Education' released that B. Arch students can exit the programme after three years and can get an 'appropriate degree' .
The New Education Policy (NEP) in 2020 released that Students can now exit their architecture colleges after 3 year with a proper degree.

For example, like VIT does hold its own examination VITEEE for which information is available on their website. Hence you would need to confirm the same for remainder of the institutes as well.
