Arithmetic
Hey aspirant
To prepare for SBI PO prelims and mains, first you need determination and dedication towards your goal.
All the sections in this exam can be solved easily within time with constant hard work and practice only. After you strengthen your basics, the most important thing next is not to make mistakes. There's a negative marking in both the papers which will cost heavy on the total marks.
For arithmetic sections, practice with a timer placed next to you. Grab study materials from wherever you can. A suggested book is
Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations by Dr. R.S. Aggarwal (S. Chand Publication), which will help you in the above topics.
All the Best
Ratio of A:B:C speeds=5:3:4
A and C meet after 1 hour, so the total distance traveled by them equals to 5x.60+ 4x.60, where x is in metres per minute.
So the time taken by A to reach out the distance= distance/speed= (5x+4x).60/ 5x= 108 minutes. Time taken by B and C are in the ratios by 5/3 and 5/4 which means 180 minutes and 135 minutes respectively.
Hope that you have got your answer.
Hi Atulya,
Actually, Arihant Publication is a private and profit - making company, it's not like NCERT, so it does not give its books free of cost in the form of pdf's. We can't even capture the photos and make pdf and upload it anywhere as it will cause copyright violation of the product. Here, only Arihant has the right to publish and sell its books.
Now, the only option remains in buying either online or offline.
Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!
Hello,
Visual Materials includes PPT,Graphs,Charts, images or videos which means a representation which doesn't involves sentence. To do that you have to gather the data chart or sheets over a period. Then categorize them then decide how you will make it, which way will be fit well to represent. Mostly it goes with graphs but you can do it over charts too.
On the part of arithmetic you have to write it in word file then transport it in PPT if your PPT doesn't support special characters.
Hope it helps!
