Yes, you can discontinue your course from Army Medical college if you get into AFMC for MBBS. A lot of students do the same thing after clearing their MBBS. All you need to do is inform the concerned authorities of your college about this discontinuation along with the reason and theg will guide you with the further process.

The Military Nursing Service (MNS) is open to applicants with a B.Sc. in nursing. As a commissioning nurse with either short or permanent service, you can work for the Armed Forces Medical Services. Written exam results will determine your selection, followed by an interview and medical examination.
Applicants must complete an application and mail it to Army Headquarters.
The candidates are chosen according to the grades they received in the written exam.
Those who passed the written exam for the Military Nursing Service will be contacted for an interview.
